Commercial Marketing Executive is accountable for customers, consumer, markets trends-driven, opportunity identification and development of marketing strategies & programs to drive profitable volume growth for the Brand assign in his/her Channel (Off Trade).
The Commercial Marketing Executive is responsible for defining the brand strategy and the brand plan in his/her channel and, in addition, coordinating the implementation process with the sales team, Purchasing and external agencies.
Role Responsibilities Opportunity Assessment: monitoring of market customers and PoS to identify and prioritize sustainable growth business opportunities to be addressed. Brand Strategies: definition and development of channel strategies paths Brand Plans: will be also responsible to create, lead, coordinate and supervise in detail the implementation in the channel: sales team, marketing, purchase, finance… to ensure excellence and timely execution. Tracking and Brand performance analysis: ensure discipline on programs evaluation thru success metrics criteria to allow learnings development and continuous Improvement on brand business performance. Business Orientation: Accountable for Customers and RGM (volume, rotation, purchase frequency, investments, and Customer Gross Profit / contribution…) Responsible for the Trade Marketing Plan for the client. Ensure P&L customer targets accomplishment. Oversee budget management and forecasting process, including ROI evaluation.process, including ROI evaluation. Defines, activates, and monitors plans for ND and Rotation of new brands/variants to ensure that consumers find our brands. Contributes to an active and keyway in the definition of the Growth Plan, Annual Plan with key local & international stakeholders. Manage brand investments of its brands within the category. Support development and train of Sales Team and Commercial Marketing Area Collaborate with international / global teams to leverage best practices, share knowledge and reporting. Develop and maintain a relationship with key internal partners (MK, research, Trade MK Omnichannel, Commercial, Finance, logistic, LT, etc.) and external stakeholders (agencies, wholesalers, clients, etc.) Responsible for communication the Brands Strategy to the sales Team.the sales Team. Responsible for the definition of the Strategy and the different Activation tactics necessary to meet the objectives defined for his/her area. Responsible for the correct implementation and execution of the National Trade plan for its brands, ensuring excellent indicators of quality, efficiency, and availability. Coordinate the Commercial Team and Trade Marketing Areas to ensure and guarantee the messages from the HQ. Preparation of a business case and measurement of the effectiveness and ROI of each of the actions implemented. Responsible for the elaboration of a follow-up report of activities and actions in response to the information needs of the Trade Marketing, Marketing and Finance departments. Teamworking with Purchasing department, sales team, marketing, for the correct implementation and evolution of the plans. Responsible for the analysis of the brand and the channel, being an advocate in the detection of risks and opportunities in his/her area. Responsible for the level of investment per action,visibility elements and communication and promotion elements, carrying out the distribution in his/her territory. Administrative management of the processes intrinsic to his/her responsibilities. Coordination of international visitor events. Demonstrate with professionalism the observable behaviours defined for your business role, complying with the company's standards for health, safety, security, data handling and protection, IT equipment and company policies and codes of ethics. University Degree. Additional Master will be considered positively. Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Spoken)INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
+5 years work experience +3 years in Trade Marketing or Brand Management. (Trade Marketing or Brand Oriented) Minimum of +2 years in sales position (companies of recognized prestige and references in sales and the marketing area) Experience building and growing premium brands, preferably in alcohol beverage category. Experience coordinating Plans to the sales team.
