Purpose of the Position
The Commercial Operations Analyst, GGS, is responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize profitability and win rate. The focus will be on small-size products, including HH, smartwatch, CCL, screen protector and other small-size applications (<8”).
Day to Day Responsibilities:
RFQ pricing assignment/management for small-size applications. Optimize RFQ win rate and profitability. RFQ lead time reduction Triangulate product value, market trend, competitor intelligence, cost, and customer behavior to develop pricing proposals. Tracking program progress from RFQ, sample qualification to MP. Demand allocation to optimize gross margin and supply for CCL business Track business objectives monthly Approve RMA, sample request, and rebate Support business reporting by requiredEducation & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering or science; MBA or equivalent preferred 3~5 years of experience in commercial, pricing, cost analysis, AE, PLM, or related.Required Skills:
Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams Strong business acumen and analytical skills Good Excel and PowerPoint skills Ability to work independently, efficiently, and effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Ability to handle stressful environment and multi-task. Fluent in EnglishDesired Skills:
