Commercial Operations Analyst
What We Need: Brady Corporation is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst who will work cross functionally within the business to identify and lead projects that reduce our cost-to-serve with our channel partners and improve our profitability across all markets. The ideal candidate will excel at collaborating with individuals and teams across various departments and functions. This role will lead implementation of strategies and process improvements to inject efficiencies in how we support, work with and transact with our channel partners . What You'll Be Doing: + Optimize performance, order processing efficiency, A/R, cost-to-serve and overall profitability with distributor + Serve as the lead on identifying projects across commercial business to optimize our transactions and cost to serve of each distributor + Support special order processing portals such as Commerce Hub and other third party platforms + Collaborate with the IT, Customer Master and Commercial teams to support the implementation of updates and revisions to the distributor program and pricing discount structure for the upcoming calendar year + Liaison between the commercial business and other functions such as Sales Operations, Customer Master and Operations + Work with distributors to bridge their SOP with Brady's preferred transactional processes + Review and maintain distributor operations scorecards for the commercial team and function as the operational point of contact, fostering relationships with channel partners and facilitating improvement in their operational performance and scores for Brady as a vendor partner + Work to find mutually agreeable resolutions with our channel partners without increasing our cost to serve these accounts What You Will Need To Be Successful: + Bachelor's degree in Business or related field + Minimum of two years of business analytics and/or IT analytics experience + High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex data and insights to a diverse audience either verbally or via written communication + Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy + Accuracy, attention to detail, problem solving, and strong decision-making skills + Ability to work without close supervision About Us: Who we are:Brady makes products that make the world a safer and more productive place.
