JJ MedTech, De Puy Synthes is looking for a dynamic and analytical Commercial Operations and Business Insights Manager to lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This strategic role will focus on ensuring flawless execution of commercial processes, align commercial andsupport areas to guarantee operational efficiencies of business processes and deriving actionable insights from data to support business growth and improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning commercial operations with overall business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy Development:Design, implement, and optimize commercial processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in sales and marketing operations.Collaboration with Sales Teams:Partner with sales leadership to align operational strategies, account planning and commercial plans with sales forecasts, budgets, and initiatives.Performance Monitoring:Track and report on the performance of commercial operations, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Coordination of action plans:Ensure and coordinate (with both commercial org and support areas) definition, execution of action plans for critical processes (account planning, sales forecast, walking Implants, expire products management, write offs reduction…)Process Improvement:Identify bottlenecks in operations and develop strategies for streamlining processes, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity.Budget Management:Assist in the development and management of budgets for commercial operations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Business Insights:Data Analysis:Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales and profitability performance data to provide actionable business insights that drive strategic decision-making.Reporting:Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver comprehensive insights into commercial performance.Market Research:Conduct and consolidate market research to identify new opportunities, assess competitive landscape, and support strategic planning.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure data integrity and alignment on commercial objectives.Insight Communication:Present findings and insights to senior management and stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations for business strategy.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or a related field is required.Master’s degree or equivalent experience, as well as relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP), is a plus.Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the MedTech, healthcare, or technology sectors.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).Experience with CRM and ERP systems.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sophisticated data and provide actionable insights.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey sophisticated information to collaborators at all levels.Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively across departments.Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Preferred:

Familiarity with MedTech-specific regulations and standards.Proven record of efficiently implementing business strategies.Experience in a driven, fast-paced environment.Ambitious and driven demeanor with a focus on detailed execution.Experience working in a global or multinational company.
