MOLM Division Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities•\tCreates, implements, and reviews sales support and customer service strategy. •\tDefines key targets and ensures their achievement by overseeing progress and defining im-provement actions for customer support and satisfaction. •\tOversees the support provided and proposal preparation by assigning and allocating internal and ex-ternal resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation. •\tEnsures the most competitive offers considering the market situation and customer condi-tions. •\tIdentifies the most effective approach (e.g., direct sales, consortium, or channel) for better serving the customer. •\tOversees the validation of terms and conditions (commercial, technical, legal, and pricing) in each of-fer.•\tSupports bid/no bid analyses and decisions. •\tParticipates in project risk review processes. •\tEnsures the required technical support and clarifications are provided to the Sales organiza-tions dur-ing technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with customers. •\tFocuses on achievement of inventory turn on finished goods, requested on-time delivery, and Net Pro-moter Score (NPS). •\tProcesses orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and acts as the first point of con-tact for customer queries related to orders. •\tBuilds long-term and sustainable customer relationships by prioritizing their work as per de-fined crite-ria to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. •\tDevelops, implements, and maintains effective customer support processes by participating in devel-opment projects (e.g., tools, competencies, resources). •\tPurchases products as per the sales plan and forecast and ensures the appropriate stock lev-els of finished goods. •\tDevelops and manages logistics operations to effectively control inbound and outbound ship-ping of products to customers. •\tHandles import and export matters, including documentation, compliance, and logistics coor-dination. Manages the warehouse, ensuring efficient operations and optimal inventory control. •\tManages small scale final product assembly within the country as per business unit request. •\tEnsures order quality, volume, and on-time delivery based on business unit standards and cus-tomer requests. •\tShares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.ws local sales support strategy.
