Nike Kildare is looking for a Commercial & Operations Manager (Coach) to join our team and provide world-class service to the consumer. As our Commercial & Operations Coach your role is crucial to the effective running of the store. You will be focused on visual merchandising, profit and loss control, customer satisfaction and retail shrinkage results by overseeing processes. You will drive and inspire your commercial and operations team to deliver a world-class indirect consumer experience through market leading visual merchandising, processing stock efficiently and ensuring that the back of house environment mirrors the unique energy, passion and innovation our consumer experience on the shop floor.
As a Coach you are:
Using your expertise in the field of exceptional consumer service to serve and deliver a premium brand experienceLeading, coaching and motivating the employees in your department and ensuring an excellent work atmosphereManaging the daily business in your department to reach sales targets (incl. digital services, visual merchandising, salesfloor) Identifying and improving areas based on feedback given by consumersBeing a brand ambassador of NIKE’s initiatives including training your team Ensuring that the store complies with all NIKE standards and guidelinesCooperating with your business partners across stores and HQ

Commercial & Operations
Oversee and sign-off overall visual merchandising execution for all departmentsUtilize Nike Tools for VM and ensure teams are up to date on guidelinesLead Commercial Planning for the teamConnect with Allocation to lead PlanningPlan & execute all Markdown / Promotion activityDeliver training on markdown and Promotional toolsLead team towards consistent RFID complianceTrain the team to utilize full product refill capabilitiesTrain the team on all Stockroom best practices and procedureObsess Operational Excellence to maintain all SLA’sManaging all daily activities with the operational and back of house areas of the store, including cash office, H&S policy and procedures, stock flow and loss prevention, product management, scheduling and planningLead, coach drive and inspire associates within a designated areaIdentify issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedbackAssist the Store Manager in delivering a premium consumer and employee experienceDemonstrable experience in retail management, including experience in coaching and developing peopleAbility to communicate in EnglishAbility to use retail business systems and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as neededWhat you get:
