Now we are hiring a Commercial Operations Specialist (2-years contract) in Philippines. **Live** **What you will do** **Responsibilities** **Admin Support** + Provide admin support to PH office, be the emergency contact, etc **Marketing Operation Support** + Provide compliance support (for PH, VN, and ID in checking Zuellig’s invoices, breakdown, etc) to ensure compliance in spending and event execution. So it’s better candidate has experience of compliance operation / validation in MNCs + Provide support to admin tasks, e.g., submitting POs, or going through vendor submission related process (for PH, VN, and ID) + Liaise and work closely with third party financial providers to clear invoices **Legal Support** + Provide corporate secretarial work for PH, VN and ID. This may include coordinating filings of the Annual General Meetings Minutes, Annual Financial Statements, Annual Reports, maintenance of Register of Controllers and corporate resolutions to reflect business needs in accordance with local law requirements. Working with SEA Finance colleagues on compliance requirements for annual statutory audit of SEA entities. Coordinate corporate documents for signatures via DocuSign or wet-ink (as appropriate).
