Commercial Operations Specialist
**Job Overview** Weatherford, a leading organization in the Oil & Energy industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional tender/proposal submissions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our commercial success while upholding our commitment to safety, quality, and ethical practices. **Responsibilities:** + Lead the creation and submission of best-in-class tenders/proposals, coordinating input from technical, commercial, and country stakeholders. + Manage the entire timeline for proposal creation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. + Collaborate with country representatives to develop localized content plans and address tendering requirements. + Commercially and administratively manage contracts from handover through execution and closeout. + Ensure compliance with Weatherford's Security, Compliance, HSE policies, and industry best practices. + Foster effective communication and information flow with internal and external stakeholders. + Contribute ideas and suggestions to increase tender/proposal win rates and profitability. **Skills:** + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams. + Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Results-driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to influence without authority. + Proficient in project management and IT tools. + Comprehensive understanding of the Oil and Gas industry, market dynamics, and commercial practices. + Demonstrated experience in contract development, negotiations, and execution of amendments. + Multilingual skills are preferred. **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial operations or a related field. + Bachelor's Degree required. + Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint + Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking, and negotiation abilities + Experience in a tender/procurement environment (desired) + Flexibility to support and interface with diverse teams and backgrounds + Approachable, resourceful, driven, and highly motivated + Excellent influencing and communication skills at all levels \#LI-MD1 Weatherford is a leading global energy services company.
