Job Description
The Commercial Operations & Tender Analyst will be part of the vaccines unit reporting to the Commercial Operations & Tenders Manager. They will working collaboration with the cross functional team (marketing, access, finance, legal, regulatory…) and their main responsibilities will be:
Main activities and responsibilities:
Tender Management:
Lead the process of preparing and submitting proposals for tenders, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines, in accordance with company policies.Collaborate with the cross-functional team to gather information and resources necessary for the preparation of competitive offers.Stay updated on market trends and tender policies to identify business opportunities.Business Intelligence & Data Analysis:
Develop and implement business intelligence tools for the collection and analysis of critical data for strategic decision-making.Generate reports and dashboards to identify market trends, risks, and business opportunities.Collaborate with other departments to promote the use of data in their daily work. Train ans educate other team members in the use of data analysis tools.Supply Chain Management:
Implement management strategies that ensure the availability of products according to demand and available production, all in collaboration with the internal teams involved in supply management.Forecasting:
Collaborate with the sales teams, marketing, and finance teams to align sales projections with business strategies and the environment.Develop and maintain forecasting models that help predict sales and expenses of the unit's products.Qualifications, skills, and required experience
University degree.Strategic business vision and customer focus with a high focus on results.Analytical skills, data-driven decision making.Organization and prioritization, high level of attention to deadlines and important details.Good communication skills both oral and written. Communication transparent, clear, and constructive.Communication in English fluently. Ability to work effectively and proactively in a dynamic, fast-pace environment, under pressure, and with a high degree of professionalism. Work with computer tools: advanced Excel, data analysis like PowerBI, etc.Desired/Valued:
Previous experience in public tender management in the pharmaceutical sector (preferably vaccines). Experience with SAP and Public Tender platforms.Current Employees apply HERE
