Commercial Organization Financial Analyst

Job Description

In Commercial Org OPEX Finance Team, we manage spend planning, forecasting, actuals tracking, P&L analysis, story behind the numbers and decision making. We also provide business and financial consulting, drive process improvements, digital transformation and ensure process compliance. Currently, we are looking for an aspiring FP&A lead with great enthusiasm to learn and contribute to Finance Planning and Analytics.This role is responsible for leading and providing expertise to project teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively.

Main responsibilities are:

Lead CO OPEX Financial planning and forecastingAnnual Budget planning including O&O and upload in SACPLead monthly forecast reviews and upload in SACPStory behind the numbersAllocations to P&LMonth end spend variance analysis (Budget vs Actual/Flash vs Actual/Expected exit vs Actual)Maintaining Master Data (Enable MRU/Sub MRU creation, Cost Pool creation, Cost center creation)Business level spend allocation, Segment level analysis and handling GBU queriesProject Management and process improvementsAutomation Knowledge (SQL Python, PowerBI, power query, VBA)Excellent system knowledge in SACP, S4, WebiEnsuring data accuracy and complianceUnderstand OPEX impact to overall CO level and P&LProvide finance consulting where neededLead, design, and improve financial analysis to drive better business and financial results

Education & Experience Recommended

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competenceTypically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field

Preferred Certifications

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
