Austin Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate commercial painting and coatings projects in the Austin area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, commercial coatings, and waterproofing, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all phases of commercial painting and coatings projects from initiation to completion.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.Ensure that all materials and work comply with industry standards and specifications, including intumescent coatings and waterproofing applications.QualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial painting and coatings industry.Strong knowledge of coatings, waterproofing, and drywall installation techniques.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Relevant certifications in project management or coatings are a plus.
