Position Overview: The Indianapolis Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial painting projects, from initial estimation to final completion. This role requires strong project management skills, as well as the ability to accurately estimate project costs and drive sales. Experience in maintenance painting and re-painting is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial painting projects in the Indianapolis areaProvide accurate and detailed estimates for project costsCollaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop solutionsCreate and manage project schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budgetSupervise and coordinate a team of painters and subcontractorsConduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are metDevelop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales and secure new projectsStay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve project outcomes

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Project Manager and Estimator in the commercial painting industryStrong knowledge of commercial painting techniques and materialsExcellent project management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize tasksProven track record of accurately estimating project costs and meeting budget targetsExperience with maintenance painting and re-painting projects is preferredStrong sales and negotiation skills to secure new projects and maintain client relationshipsUnderstanding of safety and quality standards in the painting industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
