Position: Columbus PM/Estimator

Overview:

The Columbus PM/Estimator will oversee commercial painting projects in the Columbus area. This individual will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, estimating project costs, and generating new business through sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage commercial painting projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budgetConduct site visits and estimate project costs based on project scope and specificationsCommunicate with clients and contractors to ensure project expectations are metGenerate new business through sales efforts and maintain relationships with existing clientsOversee re-painting and maintenance painting projects

Qualifications:

Prior experience in commercial painting and project managementStrong skills in estimating project costsKnowledge of different paint types and application methodsProven sales experience and ability to generate new businessStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and contractorsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
