The Role\:  Commercial Performance Management Analyst, Commercial Excellence

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our growing Commercial Excellence Performance Management team that produce analysis and insights, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting commercial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving business performance and drives decision making for various stakeholders across the business to solve complex problems. You will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making processes, optimizing sales and marketing efforts, and driving overall business growth. This role primarily involves providing support for the North America region, with potential for expanding the scope to a global level.

What will you do? 

Essential Responsibilities

Assist in conducting platforming analyses for potential customers and tracking the execution of coverage plan.Establish a cleanup process for Installed Base data and monitor its progressProvide constant and constructive challenge to Zones/ Countries, evaluate gaps with target by current level of backlog and pipeline and recommending corrective measure and action plans to bridge gapsLead the elephant opportunities tracking on weekly update on the status of the upcoming big deals and early alert on the delay of projectsCollect, analyze, interpret and synthesize commercial data from a variety of sources to generate insights.Evaluate business needs and user requirements and act as a project manager of data analytics tools development and ongoing enhancement.Apply data-driven analysis to model quantitative relationships, extract informational value, and formulate forecasts and actionable conclusionsSupport on Monthly deliverable in KPIs reportingPresent findings and substantiate cases to management team in a coherent manner, by assembling and summarizing data, constructing and driving methodical recommendation.Drive adoption on well established Sales Excellence tools eg. Account Cockpit, IB genius, unlock the intrinsic value of the digital tools to End to End Sales Process

Performance Evaluation and Forecasting\:

               Evaluate the effectiveness of commercial strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.

               Conduct performance forecasting and scenario modeling to support business planning and budgeting processes.

               Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to optimize commercial performance.

   Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to assess the company's competitive position.
