Your ‘day to day’: PMFTC is seeking talented people to join our Commercial Planning group as Commercial Planning Executive. You will support the team in making insightful analysis and recommendations based on all available data, including Sales volumes and other internal KSIs, Nielsen, CAST, field surveys and other researches. You will prepare reports and insights for the region with close coordination with the Commercial Development Supervisor. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of the customer database of the territory, including route plan maintenance. Your responsibilities include: • Consolidates demand package for total NKA to fulfill the 100% CFR based on SAMBC by coordinating with L&D team for NKA’s volume requirement for both CC and SFP. • Safeguards control measurements on delivery requirements both on ageing and actual delivery to stores/ warehouses on a per account to ensure no rejections upon deliveries. Coordinates ageing SKU rotation across different SOs for NKA to negate all possible internal LOGDs allocated for NKA. • Coordinates with Transport team for order fulfillment per account to compliment necessary truck requirement on a per SO basis • Coordinates LOGD actual pull-out on a per account per SO and schedules the agreed pull-out date • Works together with OIMA team to check that all orders have been encoded as aligned with Field Sales • Provide sales management with reports to monitor and analyze the business performance. Generate accurate and timely sales data as uploaded in PowerBi. • Provide monthly report of OGSM and KPIs. Provide ad-hoc information based on requirements of relevant members. • Development of new reports, tools and process. Propose developments of new reports as well as implementation of sales force automated systems needed to improve the Sales reporting process. Develops and implements solutions to monitor sales and distribution reports to provide cost effective solutions, optimum customer service levels, to facilitate rapid flow of sales and distribution information to the decision makers. • Uphold corporate integrity and values, ensuring all activities comply with PMFTC policies and procedures, including DSD Operating Standards regarding Customer and Route Maintenance Process. Who we’re looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience in sales, sales insights, sales reporting, sales information or similar experience in database management or financial reporting. • Advanced MS Skills required (especially in MS Excel), PowerBi • Experience in working and influencing cross-functional stakeholders What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
