Job Description

Compensation:

 

$65,000 - $70,000 per year Hybrid Work Schedule (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office days)

Our Commercial and Marketing team is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Commercial Pricing Coordinator to join the team.

As part of the Commercial and Marketing team, the Commercial Pricing Coordinator will analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and the competitive landscape to enhance pricing structures and drive profitability.

 

 

Essential Functions

 

Research comparable streetside restaurants (service type, food, like items) and provide benchmarks. Includes market analysis, calculating assumptions, gathering information and statistics, analyzing trends and local pricing, and developing visualization tools (i.e., charts, graphs, etc.) to measure impact and report the results per company standards in support of updating menus and point of sale resources. Act as Project Manager and coordinates implementation of new pricing on menus and in point-of-sale system. Provide regular updates on all pricing initiatives (i.e., impact, timing of implementation, etc.) Research market trends in pricing, labor rates, and inflation. Delivers timely, accurate, and comprehensive product pricing data and financial-related work products. Recommends enhancements that depict trends, and current, forecasted, and historical states as appropriate.

 

Qualifications – Education, Experience, Skills, and Other Requirements

 

Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, economics, or related discipline is preferred, but not required. Must have a minimum of at least 1 years’ experience preferably working in a similar role in the food and beverage/restaurant industry. Experience with Microsoft Office Suites (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint) including Intermediate Excel capabilities (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) Excellent organizational skills to effectively and timely complete assigned tasks and projects. Ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change.
