Lead the charge in driving product success for ASSA ABLOY Korea. As Country Product Manager, you'll be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from planning and launching innovative new products to managing and optimizing existing ones.

Your ultimate goal is to fuel sales growth for ASSA ABLOY in the Korean market

 

About The Role

 

JOB Title:  Product Manager  !

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Manage minimum viable product definition, stages, and launches.

• Analyze market conditions and understand requirements regarding new products, improve existing products and end-of-life products

• Define features and functions of segment specific products, solutions and services based on market requirements

• Lead new product development and introduction with the goal of delivering unique benefits and superior value to customers

• Define and report on key metrics to evaluate and drive improvement for segment revenue and margins

• Manage and coordinate product, solution and service market introductions and guarantee adequate monitoring of objectives and defined success factors

• Conducting business case and feasibility analysis for strategic product development and new product introductions, upon which company decisions can be made for funding on go/no-go decisions

• Work with key stakeholders to align with corporate strategy and strategic product and solution roadmaps that exceed customers’ expectations and offer greater customer and partner benefit at lower product cost

• Product life Cycle management for the segment roadmap by regular reporting and managing the financial product performance and driving successful portfolio decisions

• Ensure technical and regulatory compliancy on all product lines

 

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor's degree in in Business, Engineering, Sciences, Marketing or equivalent.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in product/project management, technical sales, product marketing and/or business development is preferred.

• Customer focused skills to include Voice of Customer exercises and capable to deliver professional customer training and technical presentations

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in both English and Korean.

• Fluency in both English and Korean is essential

• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing/sales programs.
