Commercial Product Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for coordination and execution of a range of strategic and tactical marketing activities within the Nordic countries, ensuring alignment with global objectives while adapting to local market needs. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer insights, and product/service positioning, inspiring and enabling successful execution of marketing initiatives driving commercial success. You have experience from working with product management on local and/or global level and have a good knowledge of the Nordic Medtech market.

In the role of Commercial Product Manager, Nordics, you are an important player in strengthening our position in the Nordic region. You start from your home office (or our office in Mölndal) and regularly make trips and visits to key customers / congresses etc. The trips are within all the Nordic countries and you do them mainly together with our local District Managers. You also work on site at our head office in Mölndal at regular intervals.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has the experience and understanding of healthcare and homecare markets in our Nordic countries. You are skilled in developing commercial strategies from using customer insights and competitive analysis. To succeed in our role, you need to have solid experience/knowledge of product management and have worked according to accepted marketing methodology. As a person you see yourself as driven, enterprising, goal-oriented with a positive attitude and a structured way of working in a dynamic environment.
Since we work closely within the team, it is important that you are a team player and thrive in social contexts, not least in connection with customer contacts.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans for the Wellspect product and service portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals. Conduct market research to identify customer segments and needs, market potential and trends, and competitive insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product/service requirements and specifications. Lead product launch activities, ensuring timely market introduction and adoption. Implement targeted marketing strategies addressing specific needs and preference of the different customer segments to drive product adoption and market share growth. Provide training and support to sales teams and customers on comprehensive product-service offering Act as the local coordinator for complaints and cooperate with Tender Management on product analysis and value dossiers. Contribute to demand planning, sales forecasting, and reporting. Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and industry associations. Manage multiple projects, including local boards, customer groups, and educational programs. Develop centers of excellence, in cooperation with Sales, overseeing identification, content creation, and execution of educational programs aligned with local strategy.Background / Qualifications:
University degree preferably in marketing or business. A minimum of some years’ experience in global marketing and product management, with a focus on commercialization excellence. Experience from medical device or pharmaceutical sector will be a plus. Experienced in planning and executing successful new product launches. Strong strategic and analytical skills, focused on turning data into actionable marketing plans that achieve measurable results. Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Place of residence: As per agreement.
