WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Manages content produced on-air and new mediaEnsure all commercial production is completed on time, within budget and over-achieves expectations for clients and sales staffProduce, write shoot and edit commercials, promos, PSA and programsProduces content for social networking platformsWorks directly with clients and station Account ExecutivesWorks with Director of Creative Services and General SalesDevelop and execute strategies with an emphasis on audience relevance and revenue successPrioritize and implement objectives as new projects and technologies come in as to the most efficient ways to get projects completedWHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor Degree in Communication and/or Marketing3 - 5 Years Client Production Experience in medium-major market preferredWHAT YOU'LL BRING
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong ability to shoot and edit.Knowledge of social media marketing concepts, including posting on social media platforms.In-depth working knowledge of Final Cut Pro and Adobe Creative Suite.Detail-oriented, able to provide complete follow-through on responsibilities with minimal supervision.Ability to craft solutions quickly based on situation.Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task.Flexibility in scheduling; must be able to work nights and weekends.Valid driver's license and good driving record required. In addition, proof of insurance and liability coverage may be required.Additional Requirements

COMPENSATION RANGE:Annual Salary: $54,000.00 - $59,000
