WSPA-TV/CBS - WYCW/CW Spartanburg is hiring a Commercial Production Producer/Photographer. Candidates must be creative, motivated and have experience writing/shooting/editing commercial spots from concept to completion. 

Minimum 3 years commercial and/or promotion experienceAdvanced knowledge of High-definition (HD) cameras and videography, motion graphics and proper lighting techniquesAdvanced knowledge of the post-production process, including media management and encoding video to various formatsAdvanced editing skillsSoftware skills required include Adobe CC Suite production package: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition and Media EncoderPosition will require day-to-day multi-tasking, as well as managing multiple projects simultaneously with frequent change in direction and priorityPossess a strong sense of typography, and composition and fundamental designPossess a broad understanding of marketing and designStay up-to-date on production trends and continually strive to push boundariesMust meet all deadlines, fulfill scheduling commitments, and consistently deliver quick turnaroundsMust be able to work independently and as part of a teamOccasional weekends and evenings shifts may be requiredMust maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record as travel is required for commercial shoots and production meetings with advertisers of the station
