Commercial Program Administrator

The Commercial Program Administrator will work closely with our customers and internal teams to foster the ongoing growth of their organizations within our Commercial business.\n

Essential Responsibilities\n\nWork cross-functionally with internal teams and with customers to establish timelines and goals and follow up to ensure accountability on execution.\nManage changes to the customer implementation objectives, deliverables, and timelines through understanding customer needs and requests and working to resolve any delays or changes.\nCoordinate and manage multiple customer implementations at the same time.\nDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document the needs of each project and to develop standard processes for replication.\nPartner with Marketing on program needs, upcoming priorities, and goals.\nProvide comprehensive support to the Commercial Operations team, ensuring smooth administration of all program-related activities.\nCoordinate and curate content for newsletters and commercial communications; maintain and update the internal Commercial Google site regularly.\nInvestigate and resolve system and customer issues, offering timely and effective solutions.\nCollaborate with the Sales Enablement Manager to identify opportunities for process improvement, planning, and documentation.\nLead the onboarding and implementation of new customers into our Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and Punchout programs, including planning, coordination, execution, and ongoing support.\nManage relationships with commercial operations vendors, ensuring seamless integration and operation of commercial systems.\nDevelop and maintain detailed spreadsheets, diagrams, and process documentation to support program initiatives.\nConduct data analysis to assess program performance, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement.\nSupport the development of effective new hire and CRM onboarding training\nAssist in day-to-day salesforce maintenance and support to all Salesforce users\n\n

Qualifications\n\nBachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience\n3 or more years of experience in planning, implementations, project execution, or sales support.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferred.\nAbility to listen, review, and recommend solutions.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.\n\n
