We’re seeking a Commercial Program Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with precision and passion.
What You Will DoDefine and manage program scope: Partner with business unit leaders to establish clear objectives and create detailed work breakdown structures for program execution.
Engage stakeholders: Build and execute stakeholder engagement plans to ensure alignment and satisfaction at every stage of the program.
Communicate effectively: Design and implement robust communication plans to keep teams, stakeholders, and business leaders informed and aligned.
Drive Results: Lead by example, making sound decisions under pressure, prioritizing tasks that align with broader organizational goals, and ensuring on-time, customer-focused delivery.
Own the program schedule: Develop and maintain comprehensive gantt charts, analyze critical paths, and ensure alignment across major milestones and workstreams.
Optimize budgets: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, monitor, and control program budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
Ensure quality standards: Lead the creation of program-specific quality plans, leveraging advanced tools to monitor and maintain high-quality outcomes.
Mitigate risks: Develop risk management strategies, including identifying, analyzing, and monitoring risks while implementing effective response plans.
Strategic procurement: Craft procurement management plans and work with leadership to select and manage procurement partners effectively.
Your profileMandatory:
Bachelor or masters degree in management, business, finance, engineering or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant business experience in operations, corporate functions, sales or marketing.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
Ideal/Nice to have:
PMP or PgMP or equivalent preferred.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
Experience in the industry ideally medical devices or pharmaceutical sector.
Travel Percentage: 10%
