Then come and join our global team as Commercial Program Manager (f/m/d) Digitalization, to drive the transformation of regional finance roles and the structured automation of our operational processes through digitalization, using your expertise in the fields of digitalization and business administration.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

As a coach or project manager, you are responsible for providing professional support to our regional organisations in the implementation of digitalisation and automation solutions in the financial sectorYou are responsible for the implementation and further development of the digitalization strategy for Zone Finance, as well as the continuous evaluation of bundling and optimisation potentialYou are responsible for the controlling, reporting and management of ongoing productivity programs and process optimizationsYou manage the ongoing controlling and reporting of our global Quote-To-Cash KPIs, including the preparation and delivery of quarterly meetings with the Zone Finance managementYou drive the continuous development of existing tools, coordinate new developments and innovations (e.g., dashboards), and continuously automate controlling and reporting activitiesYou support the further development and implementation of governance for Order-To-Cash and digitalization for countries, zones, regions, as well as interface functions, business areas, and business horizontalsYour tasks also include planning, coordinating, and running workshops in the field in the countries/zones in EnglishYou prepare data, concepts, and business plans in a targeted manner

Your qualifications and experience:

You hold a master´s degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable fieldYou have extensive professional experience in the financial sector, are familiar with the processes of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and have experience with productivity measurement methodsYou have already gained substantial, long-standing professional experience and additional qualifications in this area, but do not have a university degree? We also welcome your applicationYou are familiar with the classic tools in the controlling/reporting environment (SAP AC, MS Office family, etc.) as well as the common technologies in the digitalization field (Office365, RPAs, workflow, reporting frontend, etc.)You have already gained experience in project management and are experienced in preparing and running workshopsYou have a good understanding of IT and ideally know a programming language (e.g., VBA, Python, etc.)You have relevant experience in implementing digitalization solutions (RPA, workflow solutions, etc.) and have successfully delivered projectsIdeally, you have relevant professional experience in the "Quote-To-Cash" environment and a high level of understanding of operational processesYou coach and lead without having disciplinary leadership responsibilities

You have fluent English skills to communicate easily with your contacts in the countries/zones.
