Contribute to the project success - Successful completion of all commercial and financial related activities required for Project completionEnsure the accuracy of project books and records to ensures that they represent a true and fair view incompliance with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines Optimize operating working capital throughout the project lifecycle to ensure positive free cash flow. Drive effective contract management throughout the project phase including proactive opportunity and claim management strategies Proactively communicate with customer's commercial representatives and manages solving of commercial issuesWork together with Project Manager in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunitiesSupports Project Manager to select and involve partners / sub-contractorsEnsures the internal and external Project compliances (like project site compliance, EXIM checks, etc)

The Candidate

Graduate in accounting with 8-10 years of experience in controlling/accounting of projectsCommercial professional having an in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practicesHands on experience in commercial operationsHaving good communication skills to effectively interact with different stakeholders within/outside organizationGood working knowledge of MS Office (expert knowledge of Excel) and SAPProject Management Certification will be needed (In Siemens – for handling C category projects)Knowledge of The Indian Contract Act,1872.
