Job Description:
The Project Manager will collaborate with departments across the company, including but not limited to Sales, Branding and Legal to ensure strategies are aligned with key project goals and milestones. The Project Manager will handle all day-to-day aspects of the project and its scope, including possible conflicting priorities and business interests. In this role, you will identify resources needed and assign individual/team responsibilities. Must be experienced and comfortable in driving decisions, escalating critical issues and resolving conflicts.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule meetings, record meeting minutes and follow up with all attendees on action items• Communicate project roadmap, priorities and key status updates to project stakeholders• Responsible for ensuring team meets set project milestones and KPIs• Responsible to recognize and resolve resource requirements with senior management.• Lead process improvements that result in efficiency and efficacy gains• Work with internal teams and external vendors to gather metrics needed for weekly status meetings/stakeholder updates• Create project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of day-to-day project priorities and deliverablesQualifications:
