We are looking for a Project Manager Global Store Design Execution (m/f/d) to join and to strengthen our Global Store Design dempatment.

In this role you are responsible for the commercial project management for the global rollout of seasonal window displays for all our 500 stores globally.

\n\n

A highly motivated team of experts with flat hierarchies and who, of course, greatly enjoy their work is looking forward to you joining them in their area.

What you can expect:

\n\tProject management for the global rollout of seasonal window displays for all our 500 stores globally as well as special projects\n\tTimeline management from the end of the prototype phase to the \"Go-Live\" in our POS\n\tBudget management to ensure defined market budgets are met\n\tMarket communication for internal order processes and \"customer service\" for our HB contact persons\n\tSupplier management in all relevant commercial project matters\n\tCommunication with our global subsidiaries with a focus on budget and costs\n\tCreating of Excel Tools and analysis\n\tPreparation of guidelines for different projects and project phases (i.e. internal process steps or project overviews)\n\tInterface Management of internal departments and external partners\n\tThe projects are managed from the headquarter Metzingen. Traveling for supplier visits and coordination with our subsidiaries, depending on the projects, max 5 days per year.\n

 

Your profile:

\n\tBachelors or Masters in a relevant economical degree or similar education as well as 3+ years of professional experience\n\tExperience in the Project Management of projects with various interfaces\n\tVery good Excel skills and good general MS Office skills\n\tPassion for working in an international surrounding\n\tHigh level of team work, self-employed, structured and a responsible way of working - you are an organizational talent.\n\tSAP knowledge\n\tFluent English, both written and spoke. Fluent German is an advantage.\n
