Commercial Project Officer - Ghana
About the role Burn is looking for a Commercial Project Officer , who will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities. Duties and Responsibilities + Project Planning and Execution: + Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. + Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to meet objectives. + Stakeholder Engagement: + Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community partners, to ensure effective communication and coordination. + Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions. + Budget Management: + Assist in the development of project budgets and financial plans. + Monitor project expenditures, track budget compliance, and report on financial performance. + Data Collection and Analysis: + Oversee data collection activities related to project outcomes and impacts. + Analyze project data to generate insights, prepare reports, and make recommendations for improvement. + Quality Assurance: + Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and specifications. + Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure project effectiveness. + Documentation and Reporting: + Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, reports, and correspondence. + Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders. + Team Coordination: + Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and synergy across various project components. + Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. + Training and Capacity Building: + Develop and deliver training programs for project staff, partners, and community members. + Identify opportunities for capacity building and skill development within the project teams. + . Skills and Experience + Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Project Management, Sustainable Development, or a related field. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the clean cooking industry or related environmental sectors. + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + Proficient in project management tools and software. + Data analysis and reporting skills. + Communication skills in both written and spoken English and French or Portuguese. + Previous experience working on projects related to clean cooking or the last mile industry .                                                  Qualified Female Candidates encouraged to Apply BURN does not charge a fee at any stage of the recruitment process (application, interview, meeting, processing, training, or any other fees).     Powered by JazzHR
