Commercial Property Adjuster

The role:

We require an experienced Commercial Property Adjuster to complement our existing team, handling a wide variety of Commercial property damage and Business Interruption losses.

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from initial field visit through to settlement, within clients SLAs and meeting challenging audit criteria. Monthly settlement and /or financial targets will also be set by your line manager.

Although you`ll be working autonomously, your line manager will maintain regular contact with you to discuss service delivery and in particular to provide support, guidance and mentoring in relation to more complex and challenging claims and your personal growth and development.

Candidates should have experience of commercial losses and be able to demonstrate a track record of providing excellent customer service. Existing market profile within the regional area would be an advantage. Competitive package commensurate with experience will be provided.

You will have/will be:

Customer focus with a track record of delivering outstanding levels of service

Solid experience of dealing with commercial claims

Ideally be or have a commitment to progress with ACII and ACILA qualifications

Superb communications skills

IT proficient

Ability to work as part of a team

The ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of your own caseload of claims

Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the customers, to promote customer satisfaction during all stages of the claim

Able to build good relationships with clients

Conscientious, hard working to achieve and exceed the required results, as well as flexible and adaptable during times of surge

Be able to prioritise your workload on a daily basis

Ideally be educated to an advanced level

Full UK Driving Licence is essential
