We’re currently seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Personal Lines Account Executive to join our office and support the growing needs of our Helena clients. What You’ll Do: + Develop profitable relationships with existing and new customers + Promote and adhere to up-sell, cross-sell, and round-out requirements toward all existing and prospective customers + Serve as the trusted point of contact for your clients, building long-term relationships through responsiveness and professionalism. + Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy changes with accuracy and care. + Work closely with producers and underwriters to prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and bind coverages. + Maintain up-to-date records in our agency management system (we use Applied Epic). What We’re Looking For: + 3+ years of experience in in property & casualty personal lines (Preferred) + Strong working knowledge of personal lines insurance products and markets + Active Montana Property & Casualty license (Preferred) + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + High attention to detail and strong organizational habits + A team mindset and a positive, community-focused attitude + Ability to travel – approximately 25% travel required Don’t have your license or looking for an entry point into the industry?
