As the Property Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of operations, ensuring tenants, vendors, and property teams work seamlessly together. Your responsibilities include: Tenant Relations Assist in organizing tenant events and ensuring lease obligations are met. Manage tenant communications, from memos to move-in packages. Track maintenance obligations and educate tenants on recycling and emergency procedures. Vendor Relations Monitor vendor compliance and oversee janitorial and security staff. Assist in obtaining project bids, managing contracts, and ensuring timely completion of vendor work. Insurance Compliance Manage tenant and vendor insurance renewals and incident reporting. Property Management Conduct property inspections, track tenant work orders, and manage access systems. Follow up on tenant violations and oversee maintenance schedules. Payables/Receivables Process vendor invoices and tenant utilities. Resolve billing discrepancies and assist with tenant chargebacks. Budgets & Reporting Contribute to budget preparation and evaluate capital building needs. Maintain lease files and update pricing with vendors. Who You Are Organized and Detail-Oriented: You excel at managing multiple tasks and maintaining meticulous records. Communicative and Professional: Strong verbal and written communication skills are your superpower. A Problem-Solver: You approach challenges with creativity and confidence, finding effective solutions. Experienced in Property Management: Familiarity with property or vendor coordination is a plus!
