Are you someone who can:

Execute the valuations strategy by ensuring provision of compliant and informative property valuations

Check the quality of valuations and managing liaisons with internal and external stakeholders

Identify latest market trends and serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and advise to relevant stakeholders within area of accountability

Maintain strong internal and external relationships and attend relevant forums to advise on property related risks within associated mandate

Place market value on properties and quality assure valuations within associated mandate.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Have a minimum of a relevant degree

Are registered as an Associate Professional with South African Council of the Property Valuation Profession (SACPVP)

Have 3 to 5 years' experience in agricultural valuations

Have basic knowledge of the SA property market

Have in-depth knowledge of agricultural and special agricultural valuation

Understand the methodology used when conducting agricultural valuations

Are knowledgeable in agricultural related Legislative requirements

Conduct research on an ongoing basis, to identify latest market trends within the Agric industry that directly impacts the Business, thus ensuring the Business Unit remains competitively positioned within the industry
