Commercial Quality Specialist (6 months fixed-term contract)

Responsibilities: + Support the quality management team and ensure the flawless execution of quality control processes. + Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives. + Regularly perform audits and assessments to evaluate the efficiency of quality systems and discover areas for improvement. + Offer guidance and support to colleagues within the organization to ensure compliance with quality standards and effective methods. + Design and implement training programs aimed at improving the organization's quality focus and abilities. + Keep up with industry trends and advancements to identify effective strategies and implement them within the organization. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.) preferred + Proven experience in quality management within the healthcare industry. + Demonstrated expertise in quality control standards, regulations, and effective methodologies. + Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to determine root causes and implement effective solutions. + Ambitious and focused on achieving and exceeding quality objectives. + Exceptional ability to communicate and work well with others across various levels of the organization.
