A Day in the Life

We are seeking a highly skilled administrative legal assistant with expertise in real estate. Your comprehensive knowledge of real estate contracts and closings is essential from the initial intake to title and closing processes, supporting the real estate group. Your responsibilities will encompass managing both physical and digital client files, aiding in real estate contracts and amendments, preparing closing documents and checklists, overseeing transaction progress, managing post-closing documents, and assisting with client invoice billing as required.

You comprehend that operating in the real estate sector presents a unique environment. You are fluent in the industry's terminology and processes. Your aim is to leverage your 2+ years of real estate legal experience to assist this accomplished team in achieving heightened levels of customer satisfaction. You recognize that this role demands a sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently. Adhering to strict deadlines is second nature to you, given your adept organizational and legal competencies. You receive instructions effectively and excel in working autonomously.

2+ years of prior legal administrative experience, required.Strong word processing skills required.
