As a Credit Office Analyst in our Commercial Real Estate team, you will have the unique opportunity to provide crucial support for several Underwriters across US Regions. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating Financial Analysis to expedite Underwriting decisions. We value collaboration and your role will involve working closely with our senior partners, ensuring high visibility and progress in your work.

Job responsibilities:

Perform review of personal financial statements and addendum received. Create Pre-Underwriting Financial Analysis in system as per Credit guidelines. Perform Variance Analysis basis the financial spreading done. Handle and familiarity with various loan documents, financial statements and reports. Manage multiple efforts with competing timeframes and resources Research, Investigate and analytical skills on Financial Statements and key terms are desired.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

Bachelor’s / Master degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting. Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking/Mortgage/Financial Analysis/Pre-underwriting.  Candidate must be open to work in India evening / USA shifts. Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stake-holders and across levels. Ability to anticipate issues and escalate / clarify queries, work with limited supervision, receiving minimum instructions assignments.   Strong knowledge of MS-office suite of applications. Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently from manager and/or team. Must be an excellent team player, strong team leader, and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
