Job Description:The Commercial Relationship Team Administrator will lead the area's Commercial Relationship Specialists and provide high-level sales support to Commercial Banking teams to ensure quality customer service. The RTA typically will manage three or more Commercial Relationship Specialists and may also have direct management responsibility for other support associates. The RTA also will service clients directly as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide leadership, support and coaching to Commercial Relationship Specialists, including facilitating regular team meetings and coaching sessions for associate development.
Perform general management duties, exercising usual authority concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions and terminations.
Manage overall loan maturity process for team ensuring CRS/RM teams are proactively working ahead on processing renewals.
Manage loan pipeline in paralending stages and act as liaison for team when working with Credit Products paralending departments.
Lead the Relationship Team as the primary resource for OneView system information, usage and training.
Oversee or submit Officer Code Changes when needed on behalf of team, portfolio transfers, etc.
Collaborate with Management and Relationship Managers to understand needs of the client and identify ways to improve servicing.
Manage complaint database on behalf of team including working directly with clients for resolution on escalated issues.
Coordinate Weekly Team meeting(s) with Commercial Banking Leaders.
Assist team with resolving complex or escalated issues.
Facilitate new associate onboarding for new Commercial Banking team members.
Compile and distribute management reporting such as, Area 360 Report, Weekly Sales Report, OneView Pipeline, Ticklers, Maturities, Past Due, and Exception Reports.
Responsible for keeping team in in compliance with all bank policies, procedures and internal audits.
Lead department on various projects or initiatives to ensure timely completion.
Approve and manage department expenses such as office supplies and accounts payable requests.
Support Commercial Banking Leaders as needed with other administrative duties such as travel, expenses, additional ad hoc reporting, org chart updates and other tasks as assigned.
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
