Responsibilities:
Manage approximately 80 small existing accounts and strive to retain them.Collaborate closely with the direct sales manager, team members, and internal stakeholders.Accurately forecast existing deals through SalesForce.com and participate in semi-weekly calls with peers to expand the reach of our products and services.Participate in business reviews and customer satisfaction activities, supporting customer relationships.Communicate with customers regarding sales matters.Manage the renewal process in accordance with company approval processes and commercial policy.Provide sales and customer service both over the phone and face-to-face.Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries.Reflect our core values and principles in daily interactions with customers, employees, colleagues, and management.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of sales experience is an advantage.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.Capable of working autonomously while being team-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.Eager to learn about industry business operations and quick to acquire new knowledge.Fluent in Japanese (native level).Moody’s is an equal opportunity employer.
