**Ukiah Waste Solutions** , a Waste Connections company, is looking to hire a full time **Commercial Revenue Specialist** at our location in **Ukiah, CA** ! The schedule will be **Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm** . The **pay range for this job category is $22-$24 per hour.** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Monitor all 3rd eye generated revenue + Verify each transaction for accuracy + Update incorrect data + Geocode accounts as necessary + Communicate with customers for rightsizing service + Communicate with customers any service related issues or concerns + Create charge batches for 3rd eye generated overages + Review and ensure accuracy of all charge batches created + Prepare revenue reports as necessary + Send communications to customers via email or USPS educating on overages or any operations related issues MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: + High school diploma or equivalent is required. + At least 1 year in an operations or customer service-based role preferred. + Strong typing skills + Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Etc) + Excellent organization and communication skills, both orally and written. **To be considered for any of our current openings you must complete an application at** **www.wasteconnections.com** .
