Nations Roof is seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator responsible for selling, pricing, and negotiating contracts for commercial roof projects.

Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)

Estimate compile bids and generate proposals accurately and are completed on time.Make site visits to collect bidding information and/or from Plans/Specs for new/re-roof projects.Obtains quotes from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified subcontractors; negotiating price.Review/prepare proposed project bids in accordance with company bidding procedures with essential overall cost accuracy.Participate in pre and post review project meetings.Complete project closeout documents.Cultivate customer relationships that will assist in winning profitable repeat business.Maintain communication with project contacts throughout the entire project from start to finish.Controlling and prioritizing multiple activities while handling multiple projects.  

Job Requirements:

Understanding of commercial/industrial roofing system design and installation code compliance and manufacturers requirements for warranty.Experience estimating on commercial/industrial roofs. 2-5 yrs experience using Edge System is a plus.Proficient with data base estimating digitizer computerize estimating software. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel Outlook Powerpoint Word.Must be a motivated and a “self-starter” with professional appearance.Ability to give instructions and clearly explain problems or situation.Must be team orientated.
