What You'll Do:
What You’ll Do:Negotiate with Expertise: Effectively manage project negotiations to ensure success, all while maintaining project specifications and deadlines.Accurate Estimation: Provide precise and competitive estimates for both commercial and large-scale roofing projects, ensuring cost-efficiency while meeting client requirements.Project Management Excellence: Oversee the full life cycle of roofing projects, ensuring that each one is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the project management team, permit expeditors, design team, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.Quality Control: Ensure top-tier standards across all phases of project development and closeout.Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, track progress, and ensure all necessary documentation is organized and up-to-date.Key Qualifications:Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator and Project Manager, ideally with a background in negotiating and managing commercial/Industrial roofing projects.Strong knowledge of various roofing systems, from flat roofs to pitched and specialty systems.Ability to manage complex projects and multi-faceted client needs, with a focus on client satisfaction and budget control.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Passion for delivering quality and building lasting client relationships.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
