Commercial Roofing experience is REQUIRED.

Nations Roof is seeking an experienced commercial roofing foreman to manage crewmembers, oversee project safety, and communicate with clients.

 

Nations Roof is one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the U.S., with locations in most metro areas across the U.S. Our projects range in scope from large scale new construction, industrial, hospitality, distribution centers, retail centers, office buildings, residential apartment buildings and green roofs, to large renovation projects and repair and maintenance of existing buildings.

 

Responsibilities:

Lead and train helper to install and maintain roofing systems and provide watertight covering to existing BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC and metal roof systems.Organize and set up job sites Complete daily paperwork Ensure crew abides by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, fall protection    Participate in safety meetings and training events

Skills/Qualifications:  

3-5 years commercial roofing experiencePrior experience with installation of existing BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC and metal roof systemsManagement of crew and job inventory Willing to abide by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, fall protection, etc.      Hard working and punctual individual    Ability to work 8- to 12-hour shifts, weekdays and weekendsMust have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record 

  Additional experience/ skill a plus: 

5-10 years of experienceKnowledgeable of correct procedures for manufactures and inspection of completed work Additional metal roof application experience is a plus
