Are you an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in commercial roofing? Nations Roof, ranked among the Top 5 Roofing Contractors in the U.S., is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Commercial Roofing Sales Professional to expand our team. Our extensive portfolio includes a wide range of projects from large-scale new constructions to comprehensive roof maintenance and renovations.

Position Overview:

As a Commercial Roofing Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving new service sales and enhancing recurring service revenue for our local and regional accounts. You will act as a trusted roofing resource for clients, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs while growing our local client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Networking: Identify and engage new clients through cold calling, B2B marketing, and participation in networking events.Market Maximization: Leverage relationships with current customers to maximize market potential.Site Analysis: Conduct thorough site visits, analyzing various roofing systems, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC, Shingle, and metal roofs.Solutions-Based Selling: Offer alternatives, recommendations, and budget pricing for repair, restoration, and replacement options.Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations team and clients to review proposals and finalize sales opportunities.Relationship Building: Cultivate strong connections with local facility representatives and provide technical expertise.Account Management: Establish new accounts and efficiently plan daily work schedules for prospect visitsCommunication: Maintain effective communication with clients and internal management teams.Additional Duties: Complete other projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2-3 years of commercial roofing experience, with a strong sales background in roofing or a related industry.Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of roofing systems and repair applications is preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer programs and phone applications; strong written and verbal communication skills.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting and climbing up to 30 feet on ladders and navigating multiple flights of stairs.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all job-site safety requirements, including PPE and fall protection protocols.Team Player: Must embody our company’s Core Values and work collaboratively.Valid Driver’s License: Insurable driving record is required.
