Nations Roof is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Manager responsible for planning, controlling, profitability, and tracking of multiple concurrent commercial roof service projects from beginning to completion. We are looking for an Experienced and Team Oriented roofing professional to manage the service division’s daily operations, while focusing on customer service, projects completion on time and within budget.

 

Duties: (Including but not limited to)

Develop and use advanced planning skills for establishing maximum productivity of manpower materials and equipment Ensure jobs start on time customer expectations are met or exceeded and hours and materials are properly expendedRecruit train mentor and retain a dependable and knowledgeable maintenance workforceLearn and teach best practices for roofing service inspection and roof system maintenance by fully participating in on-the-job training as well as periodic manufacturer trainingComply with all safety policies and procedures be an example and support the company safety goals and objectivesManage department finances including budgets and project invoicingReview and analyze budget reports and prepares and develops budget modifications and recommendationsStrengthen customer relationships and customer developmentProspect and sales to new and existing clients of additional services such a preventive maintenance programs

Skills/Qualifications:

Understanding of commercial/industrial roofing system design and installation code compliance and manufacturers requirements for warranty.Field experience in commercial roofs or similar industry is preferred.Experience managing a department.Ability to budget measure organize and motivate personnel.Extensive knowledge of safety regulations for roofing and OSHA requirements. Proven customer service and sales experience.Strong leadership organization and communication (both written and verbal) abilities.Willing to be trained and use company software (Experience with FCS is a plus).Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel Word Outlook).
