Nations Roof is seeking an experienced Service Sales to join our team. As one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the U.S., ranked in the Top 5 Roofing Contractors, we are looking for a dynamic individual to service and grow existing customer accounts. Our projects span from large-scale new construction to roof replacement, repairs, and ongoing maintenance for commercial buildings.

Role Overview: The Sales Account Manager will focus on managing existing client relationships and growing revenue through strategic sales efforts. Working alongside the sales manager and operations team, the Account Manager will identify customer needs, offer roofing solutions, and ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction. This position will help build long-lasting relationships while contributing to expanding our local client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Maximize Market Potential: Work closely with existing customers to expand service offerings, increasing revenue and maintaining strong relationships.Client Communication: Identify and understand customer needs, providing solutions-based recommendations for roofing and exterior services.Lead Generation & Networking: Build and maintain a network to identify new leads and generate sales opportunities.Present Solutions: Propose roofing solutions tailored to customer needs, highlighting the functionality and utility of products and services.Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction through continuous communication, follow-ups, and addressing any issues post-sale.Database Management: Utilize a database of completed projects and current customers to offer roof inspections and other services.Effective Communication: Collaborate with local management teams and clients, maintaining a professional and solutions-oriented approach.Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and customer/vendor relationship issues.Prospecting & Networking: Attend events, perform cold calling, and explore new client opportunities as needed.Site Visits & Analysis: Conduct site visits, providing assessments of existing roofing systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal roof, and steep slope systems).Forecasting & Planning: Provide periodic territory sales forecasts.Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in commercial roofing or a similar industry is required.Sales experience, preferably within commercial roofing or construction-related fields.Strong knowledge of roof systems, repairs, and applications (preferred).Proficient in computer programs, mobile apps, and software applications.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong time management abilities.Detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working outside.Ability to lift and climb a 30 ft ladder or stairs safely.Must be a team player, following company core values.Ability to receive instructions and clearly communicate solutions to customers.Commitment to job-site safety, including the use of PPE and fall protection.Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
