Our mission is to provide the highest quality of customer service, safety, integrity, and professionalism.We are looking for Commercial Roofing Service Technician in Fruitland, MD!Se habla Español!Commercial Roofing Service Technician Summary:You will be working under the service crew leader and investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal.Commercial Roofing Service Technician Responsibilities:Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systemsRoof maintenance and repairsPerform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.Maintain professional interaction with all customers.Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as neededCommercial Roofing Service Technician Requirements:Must be at least 18 years old1+ years experience leading commercial roofing crewsA valid driver's license preferredMust be able to lift 50+ pounds regularlyMust be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditionsAbility to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.Technology savvyWorking Conditions:Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders.
