What You Can Expect

Commercial Sales Graduate plays an integral part to the daily management of any successful sales region, the incumbent is responsible for the daily liaising and planning/prepping with the allocated Sales Executive (Mentor). The incumbent must demonstrate competence and ability to function safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products attending surgery as necessary to provide real-time support to cases.

How You'll Create Impact     To secure and offer continuity of support to allocated Sales Representative (Mentor) in line with customer operating schedules     To be an onsite resource within customer premises, enabling Sales Executives to concentrate on developing new business opportunities either elsewhere or laterally inside the account     Assist with consignment stock checks and counts and efficient stock rotation (expiry dates)     To ensure that instrument sets are always current and in good condition     To ensure that the whole experience of utilizing Zimmer Biomet implants to the complete surgical team is free flowing and without difficulties or problems securing high levels of customer satisfaction at all times 

Other responsibilities 

    Demonstrate the ability to accept and adapt to different working practices as required by assigned mentor and hospitals within the designated region whilst maintaining Zimmer Biomet protocols     Full knowledge of specific products portfolio (Zimmer Biomet)     Understanding of technical medical language to interact with assigned mentor and technical staff     Proven organizational skills and effective time management     Confident and engaging presentation skills    Strictly adhere to all laws and Zimmer Biomet policies and SOPs regarding the interaction with HCP’s (Health Care Professionals), product handling and complaints, expense reporting, sales activities and training.    Undertake other duties as may be directed.What Makes You Stand Out     Good standard of Education     Strong communication skills     Motivational SkillsYour Background Driver license and owning a vehicle are a must Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field Basic understanding of hospital environment  High integrity and honesty in all dealingsGood interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Fluent in English, both written and spokenTravel Expectations
