A Commercial Sales Representative Intern is a new position, for the Wilmington area, created for ambitious individuals who thrive in fast paced environments and enjoy building relationships. This individual will have a strong mechanical aptitude as well as a desire to follow a prosperous career path in outside sales. In this role, you will learn the foundations of sales within a manufacturing industry, a thorough knowledge of Kaeser products as well as building and maintaining relationships with customers leading to successful sales goals. This is a developmental role that is flexible with student schedules and perfect for new grads in the Boston, MA area!

 The selected candidate will:   

Be responsible for professionally representing Kaeser at all times  Acquire the knowledge and technical expertise necessary to assist in designing and selling our quality air systems  Call on end-customers in the territory to promote and sell air compressors and related equipment  Use a variety of Kaeser-provided sales tools  Reach and maintain sales goals   Mentor with members of the sales team

The successful candidate’s background will include:   

Excellent verbal and written communication skills  A mechanical aptitude  Interest in pursuing a career in outside salesEducational background in Business   Proven time management skills  Clean Driving Record (required)  PC literate, specifically Google Suite productsWe will gladly train the candidate that meets most essential criteria
