Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…

to join our team as a Commercial Sales Technician. In this role, you will serve as a local on-site representative for both the program and company, working closely with small businesses and commercial customers in Manitoba. Your responsibilities will include conducting basic lighting & insulation audits, providing customer service before and after the electrician and/or insulation contractor completes the installation, and gathering technical data across the province.

You will also support the Program Manager in helping local businesses participate in energy efficiency programs, including creating awareness about the programs and creating relationships within the community. You are responsible for obtaining your own clients, identifying what part of their business is eligible and guiding them through the process start to finish.

This is an entry level role and CLEAResult will provide on-the-job training.

Proactively seek and secure new clients to drive revenue growth and ensure long-term business success.

Act as a representative for the company and program, engaging with small businesses and commercial customers.

Conduct basic audits to ensure compliance with program guidelines.

Install energy-efficient basic measures, including screw in bulbs and faucet aerators.

Provide technical advice, troubleshoot issues, and support contractors and customers.

Support Account Managers in encouraging local businesses to participate in energy-saving programs.

Travel across the defined territory to meet with clients and perform audits.

0-1 year of relevant industry experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

Valid Drivers License

Strong relationship building skills
