Commercial Solicitor - Manchester An opportunity for an experienced commercial solicitor to join an award winning national firm in Manchester supporting a varied client base across the Financial Services, Retail, Leisure and Digital sectors. The Role Advising clients primarily across Financial Services, Retail, Leisure and Digital sectors Supporting a range of projects and advice relating to supply, procurement, outsourcing, partnership, licensing, distribution and collaboration arrangements Taking an active role on business development Working on site when required, including the option for virtual and in-person secondments Supervising, managing and mentoring more junior members of the team Requirements A minimum of 4 PQE within commercial or technology with a recognised law firm or in house legal team Experience advising on commercial transactions for clients in financial services or retail or digital sectors The following payments experience would be beneficial but is not essential - Experience supporting merchant acquiring, card issuing, and payment-gateway related matters. Experience working with projects involving non-card scheme related payments, including Open Banking and faster payments.
