The Role:

You will be responsible for the delivery of the Facilities Team’s services to operate and maintain the  allocated commercial site/s, including any designated financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, asset and vendor management programs, and to provide facilities administration duties in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.

It is critical for this role to engage with stakeholders across the business to ensure that service delivery expectations are met without introducing financial or tenure risk.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Proactively develop and manage the relationship with the occupier and client to ensure service delivery expectations are exceeded to facilitate worksResponsible for the delivery of customer and property services to a portfolio of buildingsCarryout building inspections and complete associated reports within the governance timeframe for the allocated portfolioEnsure compliance with regulations / requirements of client contract and all facilities proceduresManage administration and organisation of information for analysis and presentation to senior management teamProactively contribute to the effective and efficient running of the allocated portfolio / facilities, and share ideas for continuous improvementLiaison with facilities vendors, coordinate facilities works as and when required in conjunction with JLL Projects & Development Services account team.Understand the operational and technical requirements of the elements of the site(s) for which JLL is responsible. Ensure that current contracts are maintained to provide necessary supplies and servicesEnsure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards to maintain a safe and compliance environmentDeliver facilities-related projects as in line with agreed budget or works plans; ensuring close interaction with affected business units

What you will bring

Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field preferredKnowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management for specialised services is advantageousUnderstanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system) is advantageousExperience in front and back office processes is required with strong administration skills, preferably in the FM spaceStrong customer service focus with excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demandsStrong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems, including the internet and e-mail functionsDemonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiativesDemonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reportsEnjoys being part of and contributing to a high performing team.An understanding that Facilities management services involves the provision of both reactive maintenance and routine maintenance across the allocated portfolio with 24-hour call out / contact requirementAs there is a requirement to travel to sites across the allocated portfolio, a current and valid Driver’s Licence must be held.
