Project Planning & Control Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead planning, scheduling, and cost control efforts for all project phases of individual delivery for small to medium size projects. Each day, you will maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, costs, revenues, cash in/out, as well as risks and opportunities. You will also showcase your expertise by monitoring, reporting, and managing deviations proactively.•\tOrder SAP booking in accordance with group and company policy •\tReview the contract payment terms and prepare payment related documents, such as payment request, bank bond application etc.•\tPayment Tracking•\tSales revenue recognition according to O2C process•\tSet Credit Rating and Credit Limit for each active and new customer•\tConduct Credit risk assessments and defining credit risk mitigation•\tAnnual review, ensure that all active Customers are reassessed at least once per year.•\tSales contract chop management, ensure all contracts to be stamped are in line with the approved T&Cs. •\tOther tasks to be assigned by line manager.
Qualifications for the role\tBachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, International trade, Economic related.\tBetter with 2-3 years working experience or more\tBe fluent in both written and spoken EnglishBeing familiar with SAP, Excel, Power Point etc..
